More great stuff from The Neatherlands. I am in love with this blouse from Iefke de Roos, available at Portland-based Makool Loves You (who has their own great designs).

These days, I am becoming more and more attracted to neutral colors, asymmetry and other quirky cuts, organic shapes, and sustainable, high-quality fabrics. It’s definitely a more modern and less fussy style, but still very feminine.
This Permafrost dress by Linda Loudermilk is just about perfect.
And there are a great number of other beautiful and [...]

I really love jewelry that incorporates textiles. It’s something I’ve always wanted to dabble in, since I have so much lace and interesting vintage notions.
These pieces are from designer Emma Cassi. Aren’t they beautiful?
She also has an impressive styling portfolio and a blog.

I am a big fan of ruffles, neutrals (especially grey), and abstract patterns in textiles. These are cool. From Etsy seller Made By Hank.

I’ve been an admirer of Giant Dwarf for a while. I really love this rosette fascinator / headband thing. And now they are available in many colors!
I’ve always loved wearing things on my head, so I’m happy that headbands and fascinators and giant hair bows and whatnot are being made all over.

I realize I never really finished telling you about Paris. I’ll be writing a bit more about this amazing city in the next couple days.
We wandered by the Repetto store one rainy evening, the famous maker of dance shoes and the ubiquitous french girl ballet flats. That back wall is full of pink [...]

As far as I can tell, the name of this book shop is “mode… information.” It’s a small shop that specializes in content for the fashion/design industry, including trend forecasts, pantone color books, catwalk reports, and design books. If you’re in the industry, I suppose you might have upwards of 200 euro to [...]

Check out my sister’s new shop on etsy, the caterpillar shop. She’s a student at the Art Center in Pasadena.
I especially like these Silverlake hipster paper dolls, though… Kenn pointed out, these two look an awful lot like me and my brother… hmmm.
