I love this photo. The moment I saw it, I thought, “Los Angeles.”

Then I looked up the photographer, and he seemed to be Australian so I was momentarily confused. Then, looking at the photo again, I saw that familiar star on the sidewalk under her feet.

Something about this photo reminds me of all the sort of magical things about LA.
