Hello Oakland.
This is sort of crazy, but we’ve suddenly decided to move to Oakland.
I’m excited because I’m finally going to have a dedicated workshop space for sewing. But I’ll miss my buddies that live so close by now, so I’m a little nervous about that.
Also, this apartment is very near Article Pract, my favorite knitting store in the East Bay. Dangerous.

Ooo where in Oakland? I would move to Rockridge in a heartbeat if it wasn’t so far from where I work. Good luck with the move, and thanks for the great blog. You keep me creative and inspired!
It’s in Temescal, actually. Not quite as fancy pants as Rockridge, but not too far either. And it definitely has its own vibe.
Thisis beautiful. I saw what you two did with the place when you movedthe furniture in and how cozy it looks right now. I wish there was something like that here in Santee. We might be moving to Lakeside or Ramona in the future. Who knows??
