I am a big fan of rice pudding. It’s one of those desserts that I really get strong cravings for. It’s so warm and wintery and comforting. This is sort of a variation on that theme, only way more decadent.
We were out of our usual breakfast yesterday (granola) and I didn’t feel [...]

I am really loving the work of Spanish Illustrator Silja Goetz right now. Some of her simpler forms really make me want to experiment with paper cutting.

This is my Hannukah present to myself. It’s a half scale dressform that I can use for drafting my sewing patterns at a smaller scale to work out any initial kinks. I’m so excited to start using it.

What I really wanted to share was this, one of my all time favorite dresses. I used a striped fabric, which is cut on the bias and [...]

I am so excited to finally write about this. I recently received a package in the mail from my aunt Marie, who runs an online vintage clothing business. To thank me for letting her use some photos for a brochure, she sent me what I can only describe as the ultimate score for [...]

I love our tree this year. It barely fit in our apartment, but it looks perfect in front of the bay windows.
See the silver glitter star? I got a bunch of plain kraft paper ornaments and glitterfied them with silver and pale green vintage glass glitter and microfine glitter. They are unbelievably [...]
